INSTALLATION OF WATER METER AND SERVICE LINE TO NEW CONCESSIONAIRES:
Monday to Friday
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Until the connection will completed within the day or the next two (2) days.


METER READING/BILLINGS:
Every first Four (4) working days of the month.
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.


COLLECTIONS:
Monday to Friday
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.


REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE:
Monday to Friday
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
AS THE NEED ARISES/ANYTIME

Depends upon the leakage case:

  • MINOR CASES – within the day
  • MAJOR CASES – immediately

OTHER SERVICES/COMPLAINTS/REPORTS:
Monday to Friday
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
TO BE ACTED IMMEDIATELY


SUPPLY/DELIVERY OF POTABLE WATER:
24 hours everyday


WATER INTERRUPTION DUE TO PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE/LEAK REPAIRS IN MAIN TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION LINES:
Information dessimination thru formal notice sent to the Concessionaires.
It will also be posted in the Official Website of Santa Maria Water District

Every last Friday of the month at 1:30 PM
